Introduction

whispersofolympus.com (hereinafter the “website”), which is offered for use to interested parties

(hereinafter the “users”) by the Papaioannou Eleni based in Amptzoglou 39, 54636,

Thessaloniki, Greece (hereinafter the “Company”).

1.2 The above acceptance concerns all users of the Website, i.e. (a) ordinary users (hereinafter

referred to as “visitors”), who have the ability to read, listen and view the content of the Website,

and (b) registered users (hereinafter referred to as “registered users”), who will register their

personal data in order to exploit certain services of the Website, such as the possibility of

participating in competitions.

“content”), is the subject of exclusive intellectual and industrial property rights of either the

provisions of intellectual and industrial property of Greek and European law and international

conventions and treaties.

viruses or any other electronic code, files or programs designed to insert, destroy, restrict or

otherwise affect the operation of any software or any other service on the Website or prevent other

users from using the Website and any other service connected to it.
